It all begins with Bettie and Al.

Bettie and Al Bowen — grandparents of Molly (Foraged Fancies/co-owner) — truly embodied the spirit of giving. Whether you were a stranger, a friend, or family, their warmth and generosity made you feel instantly at home.

Al spent much of his life as an accountant, often trading his services for simple treasures like produce, bread, or handcrafted furniture. Bettie, a devoted homemaker and Sunday school teacher, filled her home with laughter, love, fueled by the chaos of five children and eleven grandchildren.

Bettie & Al’s Vintage Wonderland was created in their honor — a tribute to their endless generosity and colorful spirit they shared with everyone they met. Our goal was to infuse that same joy, kindness, and vibrance into every corner of the store.
